## Who we are

This website is published by Guangzhou BonBon Auto Industry Co., Ltd., a company registered in Guangzhou, China. CYCLISTS is the trading brand used on this site. The legal entity named above is the contracting party for any quotation, order or supply agreement.

## Use of this website

This is a business-to-business website. It presents our manufacturing capability and model range to distributors, importers and brand owners. Nothing on the site is a retail offer, and no price shown anywhere on the site is binding.

Product images, specifications and availability may change without notice as models are updated. A written quotation and the signed supply agreement for your order take precedence over anything published here.

## Quotations and orders

Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times and freight are quoted per model and per destination. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Orders are confirmed only when we accept them in writing and any agreed deposit has cleared.

Certification, labelling and market access are confirmed for each order. Certificates for batteries and chargers are held by the component manufacturers and their Australian import partners; verified copies are supplied with the relevant quotation.

## Intellectual property

The CYCLISTS name, logo, photography, illustrations and copy on this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and share pages for the purpose of evaluating a supply relationship. You may not copy the site or its assets for a competing product or publication without our written consent.

Brand artwork you send us remains yours. You confirm that you have the right to use it, and you authorise us to apply it to products and packaging for your order.

## Privacy and enquiry data

The enquiry form sends the details you enter to our email inbox through this site's server. We do not store the enquiry in a database on the site. The server keeps a short-lived, hashed IP counter for abuse prevention for up to one hour; it does not contain the enquiry text.

We receive your name, company, contact details and the content of your message by email. We use that information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and manage any resulting order. We do not sell or rent enquiry data.

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, including IP address and requested URL, for security and reliability. Instagram links open a third-party service with its own privacy policy.

You can ask us to correct or delete the enquiry information we hold by writing to jinjinzhang703@gmail.com.

## Accuracy and liability

We take care to keep the site accurate, but it is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the site alone. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, or any obligation we accept in a signed supply agreement.

Use of this website is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute about the website is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guangzhou. Supply agreements may specify a different governing law and forum.
